i'm finally posting a picture of my new board. (after careful consideration) see, all of a sudden i was shy to post it publicly. But i just couldnt resist, this is just something i am so happy about. All that hard work and sacrifice did pay off. I got it last, last friday night at 8pm and left for zambales at 2am, hence, the waxed deck....i don't know if that was a good idea for a brand new board but once i got there, all my worries disappeared. zambales was beautiful. I cant remember seeing a more beautiful spot to surf...crystal clear blue waters, the sun was up, a distant island up on the horizon, and the best part, while surfing your view is of a mountain with a waterfall in the center. BEAUTIFUL!! wow. just writing that makes me want to go back. i really hope to go back there this weekend even for a day trip..if only i can finish all this schoolwork in time....sigh.
